• Free Shipping Threshold: If your return reduces your order total below $195, the standard outbound shipping charge will be deducted from your refund, as your order would no longer qualify for free shipping.

Why haven't I seen my refund on my credit card yet?
Even after we process your refund, it can take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

Do international customers pay duties and taxes?
Yes. We ship internationally on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — all duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.
