  • 🎯 Sale Items: Shipping charge of $14.95 for the first 2 items and $7 for each additional item (48 states only). For Alaska & Hawaii, shipping starts at $32.95 and adds $10 for each additional pair.

  • ⚠️ Sale and BOGO items are eligible for store credit or exchange (different size or style) only.
  • 🔄 BOGO / Buy One Get One Promotions: BOGO offers are considered sale items and can only be returned for store credit. If only one item from a BOGO purchase is returned, the store credit will be prorated to reflect the promotional discount applied to the entire order. For example, if two regularly priced $100 items are purchased under a BOGO deal for a total of $100, returning one item will result in $25 store credit.
  • 📧 Receive Return Labels by email ($14.95 will be deducted from your refund for up to 2 pairs — AK/HI $24.95 for up to 2 pairs, $10 for each additional pair) or ship the items back yourself to avoid the return shipping fee (you will still receive a full refund minus any upgraded shipping you originally paid).

📋 IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • ⏰ Items must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • 👟 Items must be unworn and include all original tags and packaging, including the shoebox.
  • 🏷️ You will receive an email with a link to download a prepaid return shipping label ($14.95 for up to 2 pairs in the 48 states / $24.95 for AK/HI). Each additional pair costs $10 extra. This fee will be deducted from your refund, only if you use our label.
  • 💰 Refunds (or store credit for sale items) are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
  • 🚫 We cannot reimburse original shipping fees (including expedited or upgraded shipping).
